What is Reaction9?

Reaction9 is a YouTube growth service by The7 Digital (Bao7 Marketing Co., Ltd). We plan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns that put your videos in front of real people who choose to watch and subscribe. Every result is genuine and can be verified inside your own YouTube Studio.

How does Reaction9 actually work?

We use YouTube's official advertising system (Google Ads) to show your video to real viewers who match your target audience. People who are interested watch your video — and many go on to subscribe. You get real views and real subscribers, not bots.

Are the views and subscribers real?

Yes — 100%. They come from real people reached through YouTube's own ad network. Fake followers are bots: they cost money and do nothing. Everything we deliver appears in your real YouTube Studio analytics.

Is this safe for my channel? Could I get banned?

It's safe. We use YouTube's official ad system the same way big brands do — nothing against YouTube's rules. You always stay the Owner of your channel, and we never touch your content.

Do I need my own Google Ads account?

No. We run the ads for you using our managed setup. You only need to grant our team access to your YouTube channel once — see the Grant access page.

How is this different from buying cheap views or subscribers?

Cheap "views/subs" are usually bots that YouTube can detect and remove, and they never engage with your channel. Reaction9 brings real viewers through real ads — they watch because they're genuinely interested, and the growth is lasting.

How do I start promoting my video?

It's quick:

  • Click Quick Promote or Promote YouTube.
  • Paste your video link.
  • Choose your goal (views or subscribers) and set a budget, or pick a package.
  • Confirm the order, then Grant access so we can run the ads.

That's it — we take it from there.

What's the difference between "Promote YouTube" and "Buy packages"?

Promote YouTube lets you set your own budget — you decide how much to spend and we show the estimated results. Buy packages offers fixed bundles (for example a set number of subscribers) at a discounted price. Both deliver real results: packages are simpler, custom budgets are more flexible.

What is a "campaign"?

A campaign is one promotion for one video. You can run several campaigns at the same time and track each one under My Campaigns.

Can I promote any of my videos?

Yes — any public video on a channel you own. Just paste the video link when you create the campaign.

Is there a minimum budget?

Yes, there's a small minimum shown on the order page. You can start small to test the results, then scale up whenever you like.

Can I run more than one campaign at once?

Absolutely. Promote as many videos as you like — each is its own campaign, tracked separately under My Campaigns.

How do packages work?

Pick a bundle — for example a subscriber package or a views package. The price is fixed and discounted. Subscriber packages focus on real subscribers (with bonus views), and views packages focus on views (with bonus subscribers).

Do packages include bonus views or subscribers?

Yes. A subscriber package delivers your subscribers plus some bonus views; a views package delivers your views plus some bonus subscribers. The exact numbers are shown before you pay.

How much does it cost?

You choose your budget — you're always in control. Before you pay, the order page shows an estimate of how many views and subscribers your budget should deliver.

What does "Estimate at purchase" mean? Is it guaranteed?

It's our honest projection of the results your budget should bring, locked in the moment you order. We work to meet it; because these are real ads, actual performance can vary a little with audience and competition.

Why does the estimate show both views and subscribers?

Because a healthy campaign usually brings both — people who watch your video, and some who subscribe. We show you both numbers (for example "3,333 views · 200 subs") so you know what to expect.

Why do prices differ by country?

Advertising costs vary by market. Reaching viewers in some countries costs more than others, so the estimate adjusts based on the countries you choose to target.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Prices are set in USD and shown converted to your local currency (for example VND) at the current rate, so you always know exactly what you'll pay.

Why do I need to "Grant access"?

So our team can set up and run the Google Ads for your channel. You add our team account as an Editor on your YouTube channel — a one-time step that takes about 2 minutes.

Do I have to give you my password?

Never. You invite us through YouTube's own Permissions settings. We never ask for your password and never sign in as you.

What is the "Editor" role, and is it safe?

Editor lets us manage your ads and read your results — nothing more. You stay the Owner of the channel. We never post, edit, or delete your videos.

Can I remove your access later?

Yes, anytime — from YouTube Studio → Settings → Permissions. You're always in full control.

The invite says it can expire — how long do I have?

YouTube invitations can expire in about 30 days, so please send/accept it soon after creating your campaign so we can start on time.

I'm stuck on the Grant access step — what do I do?

On the Grant access page, follow the illustrated steps. If you're still stuck, tap "I'm stuck" or open a Ticket and we'll guide you step by step.

Can I choose which countries to target?

Yes. You can target specific countries, or let the system optimize automatically for the best results.

Can I target by age, gender, or interests?

Yes — you can set these, or simply choose Automatic and let our system optimize the targeting for you.

When will my campaign start and when will I see results?

Once we accept your access invite, your campaign starts and ads usually begin within about 12–24 hours. Results then build up steadily over the campaign.

How can I verify the results are real?

Open your own YouTube Studio — every view and subscriber we deliver appears in your official analytics. Nothing is hidden or faked.

Where do I track my campaign?

Use My Campaigns to see each campaign's status, and Dashboard / Statistics for an overview of your activity and spending.

Do I keep the subscribers I gain?

Yes. They're real people who chose to subscribe, so they stay on your channel just like any organic subscriber.

How do I add funds to my wallet?

Open Wallet and choose a top-up method available in your region. Your balance is then used to pay for campaigns.

What is "Wallet history"?

A full record of your top-ups, spending and refunds, so you can see exactly where your money goes.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If a campaign is rejected or cancelled, the amount is automatically refunded to your wallet balance, ready to use again.

What happens if a campaign underdelivers?

Our team monitors delivery and works to meet your estimate. If we can't run a campaign, it's cancelled and your money is returned to your wallet automatically.

What is "Channel Audit"?

A quick health check of your channel that highlights its strengths and areas to improve, so your promotions work even harder.

What is the "AI Advisor"?

An AI helper that gives you tailored suggestions for growing your channel and getting more out of your campaigns.

What is the "Dashboard"?

Your home overview — the key numbers about your channel and campaigns, all in one place.

What is the "Statistics" page?

A summary of your account: total spent on campaigns, how many campaigns you've run, and a breakdown of their status (running, completed, and so on).

What is the "Affiliate" program?

Refer others to Reaction9 and earn rewards. You'll find your referral link and details on the Affiliate page.

How do I contact support?

Open a Ticket under Support, or use the Chat with us button. We're always happy to help.

Is my data safe and private?

Yes. We only use your channel access to run your ads and read your results. We never post as you, never ask for your password, and you can remove access at any time.

Will you change or delete my videos?

No, never. The Editor role is only for running ads and reading results — we don't touch your content in any way.
