Reaction9 collects only the information needed to operate your account and campaigns: email address, name, the channel/page links you submit, and payment records. We never ask for, store, or process passwords for your YouTube or LinkedIn accounts.
Campaign data (links, budgets, targeting, results) is used solely to set up, run, and report on your advertising campaigns. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for the advertising platforms themselves (Google, LinkedIn) as strictly required to run your campaigns, and payment processors to handle your deposits.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the ticket system or by e-mail to hello@reaction9.com. Statutory accounting records are retained as required by law.

YouTube API Services
Reaction9 uses YouTube API Services to provide the features described in this section. By using these features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's collection and use of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What we access. (1) Public data about the YouTube channels and videos you submit — channel name, thumbnail, subscriber and view counts, recent uploads and their public statistics — through the YouTube Data API. No sign-in is required for this. (2) If you choose "Connect YouTube", read-only data about the channel you own, through Google sign-in (OAuth 2.0) with the scopes youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly: your channel details and your YouTube Analytics reports (views, watch time, subscribers gained and lost, traffic sources, top videos). We never request write access: Reaction9 cannot upload, edit or delete videos, post comments, like, or subscribe on your behalf.
How we use it. To show your channel and videos while you set up a campaign, to display your Growth Dashboard and Channel Audit, to report the results of your campaigns, and to generate the AI suggestions you request. YouTube data is never used to advertise to you and is never sold.
Storage and retention. YouTube data is kept on our servers only as long as the features above need it. Public metadata and daily counters are refreshed at least every 24 hours. Daily statistics are refreshed every 24 hours; historical daily data points are kept for up to 90 days so your dashboard can show trends, then deleted. Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only for the scopes you approved. All stored YouTube data of your channel is deleted when you disconnect your channel or delete your account.
Sharing. We do not share YouTube API data with third parties, except with Google as required to operate the service, and — only for the AI features you explicitly run (Channel Audit, Daily Ideas) — aggregated channel statistics sent to our AI model provider to generate your suggestions. No data about your viewers is ever collected or shared.
Your controls. You can revoke Reaction9's access to your Google account at any time with the Disconnect button on the Connect YouTube page, or from your Google security settings at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. To delete stored YouTube data, disconnect your channel, delete your account, or e-mail hello@reaction9.com; we complete deletion requests within 7 days.
Cookies and Google sign-in. Besides our own session and language cookies, Google may set cookies on its own domains when you sign in with Google; those are governed by the Google Privacy Policy above.
